Hi @Rob, here’s a couple of items I would recommend double-checking:

  1. Test the cable with another device and guarantee that it’s a data-capable cable. Some are power only. I’ve been bitten by this a couple of times before.
  2. You can navigate to chrome://device-log and watch for our programmer chip to be recognized. Look for this string: "Auburn Ventures, LLC", product=3692 "Cascadia WebUSB FPGA Programmer".

Also, what version of Google Chrome are you running?

Ryan , thanks for your very quick response. I did try 2 different cables and they must have both been power only. I dug out a third cable and all is working now.
